This is the form in which an investment account is contributed capital by many investors with the same investment goal and is managed by NHKC GLOBAL JSC (NHKC).
Investors will contribute capital to a business cooperation account (BCA).
NHKC manages the business cooperation account and has full authority to make investments in startup projects.
The value of the BCA will increase or decrease according to the investment performance of NHKC.
Each investment cycle lasts from 2 to 10 years.
Expected rate of return on investment (ROI) from 12%-35%/year depending on the actual business results of the project.
